3/29/2023 0 Comments Planet zoo workshop![]() Technically speaking, an exhibit isn’t really a habitat, but Steam classes it this way. There are two types of habitat a normal habitat and an exhibit. I don’t know about you, but this is giving me some serious inspiration for my own zoo in Planet Zoo! Bucko415’s Reptile House Best Exhibit Habitat Just look at the work around the chimney with the flowers and foliage. The detail that goes into these blueprints is insane. However, with a bit of fiddling, you could easily personalise this blueprint for shops or even staff buildings. Unlike shop shells (or blueprints), toilets do have to be used for toilets due to their unique shape and design. In fact, it’s hard to recognise the blueprint as a toilet! Silv’s Tudor Toilets Silv has done an awesome job of making a boring toilet block look part of the scenery. Toilets, whilst perhaps not the most attractive of buildings, are an absolute necessity to any zoo. Planet Zoo (like Planet Coaster) makes it easy to personalise your zoo just the way you want. Side view of Wikz’s Drink and Info Shopsįor example, if your zoo already has a drinks and info shop and you want a food or souvenir shop instead, you can use the shell provided. However, what I love about these Steam items is you can completely customise them to your liking. If you hadn’t guessed already, the blueprint includes a drink and information shop. I love that the design isn’t just face on and has a sense of definition that I find refreshing. Wikz’s Drink and Info shops have a real African zoo vibe to them. Wikz’s Drinks & Info Best Drinks & Info Shops You’ll also find room for an ATM, benches, donation boxes etc. There are 4 speakers in the walls, a power generator and a water treatment building, and information and a Mementos shop to the rear. ![]() The zoo entrance is built along a 9 width path, but you can extend this if you wish. You’ll need to unlock these items using the Mechanic Research in Planet Zoo. I think it’s absolutely beautiful! One of my personal favourite Planet Zoo steam workshop items is the Ivy Garden Entrance created by Kore. I’ve listed each of the categories below along with the creator and a link to the steam workshop item for you to subscribe to and download. They do happen to be very popular on Steam, but that just proves they are awesome! I followed this guide exactly, and the guide did everything it said it would but the blueprints are never in my construction tab under "steam workshop".Planet Zoo is an incredibly detailed game, but with so many intricate building sets it can be a little overwhelming. ![]() All yo items should be there, worked for me! Select Steam Workshop Blueprints filter from the leftĢ1. Open up your saves or create a new saveĢ0. ![]() In "Saves" there should only be the "zplayer" file)ġ7. (Place your saved saves in "Game Location Folder-OfflineStorage-Frontier Developments-Planet Zoo- :whatever number is there: - Saves". Place the Steam Workshop Items in the "mods" folderī. Go to: "OfflineStorage-steam_settings"ġ5. Open the game, the game will create the "OfflineStorage" folderġ3. Open "Appdata-Roaming-EMPRESS- :whatever number is there: -Frontier Developments-Planet Zoo- :whatever number is there: - Saves" and save all the files excluding "zplayer" on Desktop or whereever )ġ0. (From here, if u dont want your save to be deleted do this: Right Click Steam Api.ini and open with word or notepadĬhange local save = 0 to local save = 1 and saveĪ. I have been loving Planet Zoo lately but would love to be able to use some of the Steam Workshop builds. ![]()
